Standard Operating Procedures:

It's our company policy at Home Court Real Estate LLC that you're required to provide a pre-approval letter, buyers agreement, pre-qualification letter, or proof of funds to see property with our agents. We want to make sure that you're comfortable with your budget, estimated mortgage payment, down payment, and closing costs before we get started with your property search. We don't require you to show ID or sign an exclusive broker agreement but will ask you to sign an agency and anti-discrimination disclosure.

It's also good to find a real estate attorney that you want to use because this information will be needed when you decide to put in an offer on a property along with your pre-approval letter, pre-qualification letter, or proof of funds.

Buyers will be required to sign a buyer representation agreement, anti-discrimination disclosure and an agency disclosure.
